How to Subscribe

Subscribe to AdviserGPT

A step-by-step guide for setting up your paid plan using either ACH Direct Debit (instant, in-app) or a Bank Transfer (manual, invoice-based).

2. Before You Begin

  • Decide which subscription tier you want (Professional or Business).
  • Have your company billing email and bank details handy.
  • Choosing Bank Transfer? We need to enable it on your workspace first—just reach out.

3. ACH Direct Debit (Recommended)

  1. Open the Subscription Menu
    Click the workspace name in the top-left corner of AdviserGPT, then choose Subscribe.

  2. Pick a Plan
    Toggle Monthly / Yearly, then press Subscribe under the plan that fits you.

  3. Enter Bank Details

    • Your billing email is pre-filled.
    • Type your full legal name.
    • Search for your bank or choose it from the list.
    • Log in with your online-bank credentials or enter routing & account numbers manually.

  4. Authorize & Subscribe
    Tick the Terms of Service checkbox and hit Subscribe. Stripe verifies your account instantly.

  5. Confirmation
    You'll see a success screen and receive an email receipt. Future invoices arrive automatically each billing cycle.

Need to update or cancel? Go to Account → Billing at any time.


4. Bank Transfer (Invoice-Based)

  1. Contact Us
    Email alex@advisergpt.ai or use in-app chat and request Bank Transfer billing. Include your workspace name and desired plan.

  2. Receive Your Invoice
    You'll receive an email from S2 Strategy LLC with your invoice. Click the "Pay this invoice" button in the email to access the banking details and payment instructions.

  3. Send the Payment

    • Use the virtual account & routing numbers shown in the payment portal.
    • Add the invoice number in your transfer memo/reference.
    • Initiate the transfer from your banking portal.
  4. Confirmation
    Once Stripe matches the funds, you'll get an automatic payment receipt and your subscription will activate (usually within a few hours of funds arrival).

Tip: Set up a standing order from your bank to avoid missing future due dates.


5. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I switch from Bank Transfer to ACH later?

Yes. Reach out to Support and we'll flip the switch—then follow the ACH steps above.

Do you accept credit cards?

We can enable card payments on request, but ACH keeps fees lower for everyone. 😊

Is my banking information secure?

All payment data is handled by Stripe, an industry-leading PCI-Level 1 provider. AdviserGPT never sees or stores your account numbers.
