📝 How to Run the Firm Update Agent

The Firm Update Agent helps you make changes to your firm’s information by updating existing content across your vault. This guide walks you through each step — from initiating an update to completing the workflow.


âś… Step 1: Launch the Agent

From the Vault view:

  1. Click "Run Agent" in the top-right corner.
  2. Select the agent “✏️ Update to Firm”.

đź§  Step 2: Describe the Change

You'll be prompted to describe what needs to be updated.

Include:

  • What specific information needs to be updated
  • The current state of the data
  • The desired new state
  • Any context about why this change is needed

Then click “Run” to process your update.

Step 3 - Describle Change


đź“‹ Step 3: Review Suggestions

The agent will identify content impacted by your update and show you proposed changes:

  • Red = Removed
  • Green = Added
  • View content side-by-side with tracked changes

Step 4 - Tracked Suggestions


🔍 Step 4: Accept or Reject Changes

For each impacted record:

  • Click “Accept Suggestions” if the changes look good
  • Click “Reject Suggestions” to discard
  • You can also manually edit the text before accepting

đź’ľ Step 5: Save Each Section

Once you accept or modify suggestions, click “Save & Next” to proceed through all impacted records.

Repeat until all suggested updates are reviewed.

âś… Step 6: Mark Complete

After reviewing all items, click the “Complete” button to finalize the update.
